Heart Smile Challenge . . . a journey to Self-Love
The journey of self love, is a journey of intimacy and connection. Every time we connect, we are reclaiming back the wounded parts through the Alchemy of Love and cultivating a stable and sovereign connection to our own life, and soul purpose. The work serves as a reclamation of the gift of life, and the inherent impulse within the heart to shine that gift into the world.
You will discover a new way of being through cultivating an empowering and loving relationship with yourSelf. You will also discover how to take your authentic self into the world and transform your relationships with others.
This is a 21 day program I developed to give people a direct, simple, yet powerful way to begin to engage with this work for a very small investment (approx $21 US). You can follow the program over 21 days or find your own rhythm, over a longer window, potentially taking it into your foundational way for living your healing. Each day you receive an email, and access to the online program, which is rich in practices, how-to’s, inspiration and troubleshooting material and videos to help you truly ground into the gift that you are. Once you have registered you may return again and again as you desire to support your ongoing practice.
The online program meets you where you are, supporting all levels of mastery from beginners through to advanced practitioners. Each time you journey you will discover new levels as you uncover the jewel in the centre of your heart. The program encourages ongoing daily discoveries to enable you to develop presence, resiliency and resources. Self Love is an ongoing way of referring back into your own inner experience, and transmuting traumatic imprints through a willingness to show up for yourself, and meet directly the alchemical power of love. Intention and alignment are fundamental to opening doorways of discovery, which are revealed to you through the somatic felt-sense experience.
Somatic integration and unification with source are an ongoing result of the work, clearing your field and bringing you closer and closer to living the way of Integrity and Love. Unification into full potential living is the intention of this work, becoming your true self, singular and undivided is an embodied realisation of who you are at the deepest primordial level.
